New Quiz: What Elemental Archetype Are You?

What elemental archetype best represents you? Water, wood, metal, air, or earth?

I love the idea of personality archetypes. Even though they are quite general and we don’t fit into them specifically, I think they are pretty universal for a reason. We all know a shy person, a passionate person, a caring person, and a rational person. Archetypes are a good shortcut for painting a picture of a person, which is why we see them in art, literature, and film so much. And even if you defy archetypes (and I think we all do to one extent or another), I bet there is at least one you relate to.

Whenever I find a new set of archetypes, I save them for a future quiz. I like archetype quizzes that have very distinct archetypes, and usually that means quite a few outcomes. My latest quiz is an exception to that rule. The outcomes are based on five of the major elements – metal, wood, air, water, and earth. I never knew how these could relate to personality archetypes, and I think the results are very interesting and distinct.
