What Mean Girl Are You?

Happy weekend 🙂 I don’t know about you, but this is going to be a very chill weekend for me because it’s so cold out. As someone who lives in a pretty warm place, I somewhat relish weekends like this a little. For me, it’s a good excuse to snuggle up with my favorite blanket, my dog, and a few classic movies. I thought it might be fun to all share an old favorite movie and quiz together.

One of my favorite movies ever is Mean Girls, and I know that I am not alone in my choice 🙂 I think that almost anyone who went to a typical school can relate to this movie. So many of my favorite movie quotes come from mean girls… with my absolute favorite being: “Stop trying to make fetch happen! It’s not going to happen!”

Even if you can’t relate to mean teenage girls (or don’t want to), I still recommend this movie for its amazing performances. Both Tina Fey and Amy Poehler do a great job playing the adults in this movie. I know Lindsay Lohan is not very popular these days, but her acting in this movie is better than you’d expect. Rachel McAdams is a surprisingly convincing mean girl, and this was the movie that made me love her.

I recently noticed that Mean Girls is screening again on Netflix streaming (it tends to come and go), and I thought it would be fun to feature my Mean Girls quiz for a wintery Saturday. If you haven’t seen the movie, this is a great time to watch it. I know I’ll be rewatching it with a mug of something warm.

Of course, you have to take What Mean Girl Are You? along with watching the movie. Take it even if you don’t watch Mean Girls today 🙂 And of course, let me know who you get!

You Are Janis

You are quite different – maybe even a bit weird. You can’t be anyone else but yourself.
You are funny to the part of being snarky. You call things as you see them, and you see a lot.

You are bright and observant. You are the first to see the absurdity or irony in a situation.
You can be quite underhanded when you want to be. You don’t get even often, but when you do the other person deserves it.

I never saw the movie. And though the characters are all girls the choices and descriptions for the quiz seems gender neutral which I guess was the intention.

What do you think?
