Have you done a fair amount of studying in your life? I think we all have! I still do quite a bit, even though I’m not a student. I study new technologies and programming languages as much as a I can.
When I was in college, I really started to notice how we all study differently. I’m more of a loner, lock myself in my room type… while some people really loved study groups. What type are you?Β What’s Your Study Style?Β Let me know what you think of your result π
Discussion question:Β Have you ever pulled an all-nighter for school? If so, how did it go?

I got Intellectual–and this is pretty much correct. π
I love being this type, except that sometimes it meant my studying went off in weird directions!
But that’s part of the fun! π
I got intellectual… mostly true π And I have pulled an all nighter, but it was writing a paper. It went well. Now I am able to write when I’m very sleepy π
Oh, yes, writing papers is entirely different from LEARNING things!
Oh totally! With a paper, it’s in and done nice and early. Then you’re off to nap π
You Are Intellectual
You don’t really like to study; you like to learn. You prepare for tests sort of naturally.
You aren’t one to memorize lots of facts. You just tend to remember what is interesting – and you find a lot interesting.
You tend to feel unprepared for most tests you take, but you end up doing a lot better than you expect.
You’re not the type to learn something for a few weeks only to forget it later. When you learn, you learn for life.
Me too!
Impulsive
You aren’t the type to have a study plan or agenda. You just dig in and start working.
While your approach my seem a bit haphazard to some, you tend to study more since you’re so freeform.
You are confident in what you know and what you don’t know. You don’t waste time on areas you have already mastered.
You may put off studying sometimes, but when you feel like cramming, you tend to be super
That’s what I want to be π
