Quiz: What Circus Act Should You Perform?

What role would you play in the circus?

Have you ever dreamed of running off to join the circus? When I was a kid, this was a huge dream of mine. I still think it would be a lot of fun to be part of a circus, although I think I’d prefer something like Cirque du Soleil that didn’t involve animals 🙂 I’d love being in front of a crowd, as long as I had my act perfectly down. I would love the challenge of performing, and it would be a fun way to see the world.

I’m not sure if I have the makings of an acrobat these days (I think you have to train pretty early for that), but I’m sure that I could do something in the circus. Hmmm, let’s see. I suppose I could be an emcee. That’s a pretty lame circus role though. Maybe I could be a trapeze artist if I was brave enough. Anything but a clown!

I have a lot of friends who totally could join the circus. Maybe you know people like this as well. Folks who juggle, hula hoop, ride unicycles in their off time… it’s way cool! I love the new trend of doing crazy, circus like activities to exercise and be out in the world. Even if I don’t participate, it’s a lot of fun to watch. And proof that it’s never too late to join the circus – in one way or another.

What about you? Do you think you have the makings of a circus performer? Take What Circus Act Should You Perform? to find out. 4 out of 5 psychologists agree that this quiz is the perfect antidote to the mid week blues. (Okay, I totally made that last part up, but I think it’s true!)

Puppeteer! Puppets are a little creepy, but they are still incredibly awesome. I am dramatic, so it definitely fits. I used to dream of running away to join the circus too! But I think I wanted to be one of the ladies on the horses? They had really spangly outfits, and all. 🙂

I got juggler! Which on the one hand–yeah, I can see that, because a big risk taker I am NOT, and I’m a big believer in practicing not until you get it right but until you can’t get it wrong!

OTOH–I’m a major klutz (outside of t’ai chi, which is a world of its own) and I could practice until kingdom come and still be dropping things left and right. 🙂

What do you think?
