There are so many studies on optimism and mental health that we all know and believe in the value of a positive attitude at this point. I know that it’s something I struggle with, just like everyone else. I can make excuses for the bad attitude I have sometimes, but in the end it’s really simple: am I being optimistic or pessimistic?
