Are You an Individualist or a Communitarian?

woman in suit

Do you believe in all for on and one for all? Or are you the type that is more into flying solo? I think a lot of differences, especially in politics, can boil down to how individually oriented we each are. Some of us want to go our own way while others think we should all work together.

What about you? Are you more of an individualist or more collectively oriented? Take my latest quiz to find out: Are You an Individualist or a Communitarian? Comment and let me know what you get! I wrote this quiz for those of you asking for more quizzes like it after Are You an Elitist or an Egalitarian? – so I hope you like it 🙂

What do you think?

There was a much more equal mix of outcomes for this quiz than the elitist / egalitarian one, so getting both communitarian and egalitarian is quite rare 😉

I totally agree with Elizabeth Warren–“There is nobody in this country who got rich on their own. Nobody.” I’d say that goes for just about any success, anywhere–success always rests on a society of benefits, direct or indirect (not to mention some hefty helpings of good luck!).

    You Are an Individualist

You tend to believe that the individual is paramount, and that means you.
You are a huge advocate for personal liberty and freedom. You think people should be left alone as much as possible.

You are a big fan of live and let live – even if someone may be acting foolish. People have to be responsible for their own destinies.
You think there is too much interference in every day life and too many busybodies. You don’t try to get into anyone’s business, and you don’t want them in yours!
